Service Terms:
Window
Washing is done with professional equipment and professional
cleansers. Excessive foreign materials on window surfaces,
such as paint or silicone, may require additional services
to be removed. Window sills are wiped off with a damp cloth
as a courtesy. Sills, window channels, and storm window
channels can be thoroughly cleaned at an additional charge.
Pressure Washing treated and non treated lumber, as well as
concrete surfaces, are pressure washed in conjunction with
commercial biodegradable washes formulated for light to
medium duty cleaning. Foreign substances such as grease,
paint, oils, may require a "stripping" process which employ
caustic chemicals and are done per request at an additional
change. Concrete that is cracked or flaking due to salt or
other deterioration may deteriorate further during pressure
washing.
